- Download and print two copies of the above reseller application.
- On both copies, fill out your Reseller information on the first page, and your
organization, printed name, title, and date areas on the last page.
- Contact Elemental Logic at +1.801.576.9100 for your discount rates and copy
these onto the last page.
- Sign both copies.
- FAX the first and last pages of the Agreement to Elemental Logic at +1.801.576.9100.
- Mail both copies of the Reseller Agreement to Elemental Logic. We will sign both
and return one of the originals to you.
