Product Support Overview and Options

Elemental Logic provides support for our products through a free online support website and knowledge base, product mailing lists, integrated product support options, and through an annual Premiere Support subscription service.

Customers that purchase our products automatically receive 90 days of complimentary Premiere Support, and have an option to upgrade to a full year subscription (when ordering) at a substantial discount.

All Elemental Logic products include built-in application support options that provide our customers with a variety of methods to quickly and effectively find answers to their product questions.

1: Search the Knowledge Base
To search the online knowledge base, enter one or more keywords or a description of the support issue or problem, and click on 'search'.

 
2: Consult the Product Documentation
All Elemental Logic products include built-in application support options, including a full Help system and an electronic version of the User's Manual.

3: Join a Mailing List
Share your questions, suggestions, and information with other Elemental Logic product users and Customer Care representatives by joining one of our mailing lists. To join, enter your email address and click on 'join'.

 
4: Order a Premiere Support Subscription
Elemental Logic customers that want access to the best product support available will want to purchase a Premiere Support Subscription.

A Premiere Support subscription is valid for one year and gives the user direct access to Customer Care representatives.
